Problem wih Netflix connecting in devices?please help

Hi guys,

I don't know how to explain this problem to you all, actually its related to Netflix. The netflix is working fine with my computer and its not working at all with other devices like my Ipad, PS3 and Apple TV.What might be the problem with it please any body who knows its answer please answer me. Thanks in advance

Ensure that any Netflix-related software on your other devices is updated. Also, verify that all operating systems on these devices are updated. Also, troubleshoot your network: check network statistics, check for loose or broken cords, and contact your service provider to ensure that there are no problems. If you are an American user that is using your account from outside the US, you need appropriate DNS codes. Use a search engine to find the country-specific codes.

Hello,

First of all please check that your IPad, IPhone and IPad is connected to internet or not? For that you should open a web browser and open a website. If website didn't load then turn off your WiFi and back it on. After that if its not starting internet then it may be problem with your internet connection.

 

After that check date and time  your iPad,iphone. If it is different from current time and date then it will be problem for playing video.

 

Steps for changing date and time:-

 

1.   Click setting button on home screen.

2.   Click on general

3.   Click on date and time

4.   Change date and time as well as current time

 

After that uninstall and reinstall the Netflix application from app store. Please sign in Netflix account by entering email and password.
