Problem with the updating of Ultimate fix

Hello,

I have been trying to update my Ultimate fix using the guidelines that were provided. I must say that while the update was successful, another pop up window appeared from my launcher that required that I updated to 1.33.

I resorted to a manual update but still it didn’t work further blocking me from logging in. Installing the world adventure has also been blocked with the same error message being produced in each occasion.

Please help and tell me what possibly could be wrong.

Problem with the updating of Ultimate fix

Hi,

In the error box it can be seen that you are using an old version of Internet Explorer. The older versions do not support most of the software available today. So i would suggest you to download the latest internet explorer and install it.

1. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17621/internet-explorer-downloads and click on "Download Internet Explorer 9".

2. Save the file on your desktop.

3. After download completes, install the IE 9 on your computer. See the screenshot below:

4. Restart your computer and try to update Ultimate fix.

This should solve your problem.
