Hello, if you are having the issue ‘my computer will not start up, you need to do is remove SD media cards, USB Devices cables and all Peripheral devices. Remove the battery and disconnect AC power adapter, and press and hold the power button for few seconds to restore default startup settings. And then Reconnect AC power adapter and press the power button without inserting a battery and look the led is glowing on the corner of the monitor and fan is running in the CPU. Then the troubleshooting is done if your computer starts normally.
