Problem Synchronising Blackberry Bold 9700 with Microsoft outlook in Windows7 x64

Hi,

I have a Blackberry Bold 9700. I synchronize it with Outlook express 2007 version for tasks and memos. I don’t use any messenger email systems on my phone. The DM I’m using is v6 bundle 2949. I use windows 7 x64 architecture. When I try to synchronize by connecting to a computer, I get this error message, “Cannot log on to the exchange server error.

Please check server access or provider a valid password”.

I was using this feature for so long and suddenly this problem arose.

Please help me find a solution to this problem.

Hi Pedro,

Good day! You might want to try resyncing your BB to your Desktop Software. Just follow this simple steps:

1. Connect your BB to Desktop Software

2. Click on Organizer on the left side of the screen

3. Click Configure Settings

4. Select Device Application then Setup

5. Choose direction of synchronization ( two way or one way)

6. In the drop down menu choose Outlook

4. Re- sync

If that did not work.. you can try:

1. Connect your BB to Desktop Software

2. Click Configure Settings

3. Click on Reset Settings

4. Re-sync
