Problem in starting after installing maps pyramid, prison break and cold case

Hello,

I have recently installed maps pyramid, prison break and cold case and were installed successfully, but when I try to start them, I get the following error on my screen:

I have all the latest drivers and direct installed. I have disabled all the antivirus and firewall is off but still I get the same error.

I also get another error message when I enter the infection channel of maps. When the game starts, the error message pops up on the screen that very minute:

Same is the case with the pyramid prison break and survival cold case. The following error is seen:

Your help is required urgently to get rid of these errors.

Hi,

Please use some utility software which could defrag your RAM and then re-start the program. Such errors could happen due to fragments of your RAM.

Try the above method and share the results with us and we could be assist you further on this matter if it is failed.

Hi Laura S Taylor,

It seems that this problem occurs due to the problem in logging game files (1st & 2nd picture). It may happen if you install the game from such data files that contains corrupted files. In that case, a fresh install from a damage free cd/dvd may do the trick. Another thing you should check is that, your pc has met the minimum requirements to run the game. If it hasn’t, then black screen is the common error showing by the GAME.exe. Hope this helps you.

Hi,

Make sure that your system is up to requirement of the game. This could appear that you are short on ram. Please check your system requirement before installing any software. If your system does not meet the minimum requirements then it is useless. You can also try increasing you virtual memory. you can do so by going in the properties of your computer> advanced system settings>advance>virtual memory and increase its size. I hope you find the solution.
