SQL Server 2012 Master Data Service errors is occurring.

IBIS does not have any required .Svc handler mapping installed?

Before creating an MDS web application, you must correct the following errors: Internet Information Services (IIS) is not configured on this server. The required .svc handler mappings are not installed in IIS.

Problem in SQL Server 2012 Master Data

I think Internet Information Services (IIS) is currently not installed on your server that’s why this error is happening. The application you are using is looking for an instance of Internet Information Services running in your system.

If this service is still not installed on your machine, you should add it in the Windows Components.

To add the Internet Information Services (IIS) component, insert first your Windows setup disk on to your CD/DVD drive then click Start, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, and then Add/Remove Windows Components.

Then put a check on Internet Information Services (IIS) then click Next. This will then add the component into your system. Just configure it afterwards and then restart the application you are using.
