Hello,
The sound in my laptop has recently gotten low and I do not know what could have caused it I have already tried different configurations but nothings helping. Is that a hardware problem or a software problem?
I need to know if there is a way to fix it. Please help me out of this problem.

I had the same problem and i was much worried about this problem. I thought that there is some hardware problem in my laptop. But before doing anything else, I searched on the internet for the problem. I come to know that there are some softwares that becomes the cause of lower sound. I checked all the software like media players. I had installed the Real Player in my laptop. That was the root of low sound. I raised the volume to 100 and since then the volume of my laptop is normal.
I would like to suggest you that you also check the volume for every software.
