Hello,

My microphone settings in the head phone needs to be reconfigured.

I can hear sounds no problem but cannot set the microphone on work so I can only hear not talk.

I need instructions about how to configure the microphone settings and the process the test whether my microphone is working or not.

Hi,

To solve your hearing/talking problem with headphone do the needful:

1. Disconnect the headphone from your computer.

2. Restart your computer and connect the headphone.

3. An option box will show details. Select Line in and Line out respectively.

4. Now you can verify.

If above mentioned process does not solve your problem, get your headphone changed with another new one.

You will come to know the problem with the microphone or the settings.

I hope you understand it.

Thanks
