Problem in printing using HP DeskJet 960c printer

Hello,

About 3 weeks ago I changed the color cartridges of my HP DeskJet 960c printer. It was working well until yesterday when I was trying to print a black and white page. But the printed page includes some portion of blue in it. But the blue cartridge is also recently being changed. I tried to uninstall the program. But after completing the process when I restarted my PC, I saw that the computer again recognized the printer. How can I solve this problem?

If the Devices and Printers control panel (windowpane) will be opened up it might present more than one previously installed ink jet printers and/or printer individuals. A printer is the physical components device and any printer driver will be the software that communicates between windows and the Printer.

In some example a software program may well install its own printer driver in order to offer you added performance.

Try to re-install the printer’s driver depending on it Brand, Model, and correct configuration.

The problem may be created by the cartridge itself. I think you didn't instruct the printer to use only black ink only, so it used the colors to create black prints, as it is the default setting. The blue cartridge may be leaking ink or the output port may be damaged. Try to replace the blue cartridge with the old one and take black prints again using the option " use black ink only "

The blue spots should not appear. Now clean the output port of the cartridge with a dry soft cloth and take a print.

If the problem persists, take it to the shop and have it checked by the technician.
