Problem occurs while starting the Zune program

Hello,

I have downloaded the setup from internet, but when I try to start the Zune program, it shows "Microsoft Zune has encountered a problem and needs to close."

Then I tried to reinstall it, but same problem persists and moreover, I tried UNzoone 2.

What should I do now? Do I require to setup something else because I took notice of something in a website. I am using WINDOWS XP Service Pack 2 Home Edition.

Please help.

Hi Cathy,

I will try to help you fix this issue. If you think that you are getting this issue because of a problem in your Windows component, then let's try to fix the Windows first.

Click on the link to diagnose and fix your windows:

Simply click on the Diagnose link and it will automatically fix the issue. If it didn't work, check on the programs on your computer if there is a compatibility issues or if there is something that prevents the programs to install properly. And also, if you will uninstall the program, you have to remove its entire components completely. The link I provided above contains useful information on how to uninstall correctly.

Hello there buddy,

The answer for your problem is to update your framework to open, if your installation is corrupted then you should uninstall it and clean your registry. The Microsoft .net framework is actually a series of files and libraries that are deigned to be used by many different programs across the aboard.

If you want to use this program you should download this to update your framework.
