Problem with my Wireless mouse

Hello,

I bought some time ago a wireless mouse trust. I usually connect to my computer through the USB port (no CD is included).

This one worked fine until I extinguish my computer within hours. Since it does not work while the little red light is on. No drivers are on the site. Also, I did a factory restore to my computer, but the mouse is still unknown.

Problem with my Wireless mouse

Hi..

Your wireless mouse is not working and you connect it your USB port. First you change your USB port and second you check your device manager you must solved your problem.

Problem with my Wireless mouse

Hi,

Try with changing the batteries and make sure that no other devices interfere with the signal. If this doesn’t work try with deleting all the mouse drivers and again install it. You also can check it in any other computer to get sure whether the problem is in your mouse or in computer. Hope your problem will get solved.  Thanks
