MSN 2011 not responding on Acer Laptop

Hi,

I have a laptop ACER 5810TG and with the new version of MSN (version 2011). Every time I plug / unplug my power cable, msn bug or not responding!: (

And I think it does that with this program …

Can you help me please?

Dear Tim Miller

New version of MSN 2011 now known as windows live essentials is not a bug free program and developer team try to fix their bugs. At this stage, you will uninstall your messenger and reinstall it again. There are different procedures for uninstalling messenger in different operating systems.

For windows XP:

Click start / control panel / add & remove programs / windows live essentials / remove

 

For windows vista and 7:

Click start / control panel / programs and features / windows live essentials / uninstall / messenger


If you face problem then do these steps:  

For windows XP:

Click start then click on run.
Type C:Program FilesWindows Liveinstallerwlarp.exe then press enter.
Select uninstall and click on continue.
Select the windows live program that you want to remove and click on continue.
Follow the instruction

For windows vista and 7:

Click start button
Type C:Program FilesWindows Liveinstallerwlarp.exe on the Start Search box and press enter.
Select uninstall and click on continue.
Select the windows live program that you want to remove and click on continue.
Follow the instruction
