Hi to everyone,

A problem with my screen picture windows 7 fish. I already applied the picture as a background of my Windows 7 screen but it seems like the command doesn’t take effect. This is probably annoying; can you give me some ways on how to troubleshoot this problem? I really need to get this done.

Follow the steps below:

1.   Go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization > Desktop Background

2.   Click the picture that you want to be your desktop’s background. If the picture you want isn’t in the library, click the Picture Location tab or click Browse.

3.   Adjust the picture: centered or fit would be good enough
