Hi Everyone ,
I have a HP Deskjet F2480 printer and using Ms Word 2010. The problem I am having right now is whenever I print a document it prints in color green. I even tried to set it on grayscale but still got the same result. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver but it didn’t help me. Is somebody here knows what should I do? Thanks !
Problem with my printer any help

Hello there! You can try doing the following to fix your printer color problem:
-
Check your ink level. You might be running out of black ink.
-
If your cartridge is newly refilled, take it out of the printer and shake it well. Put it back and make sure that the cartridge is attached properly.
-
Do a head clean. Go to the Control Panel > Printers > Printing Preferences and look for the Printer Services. Do also the other features that your printer services have like Align the Print Cartridges, Clean the Print Cartridges and Print a Test Page. It is recommended that you should do these whenever you replace a print cartridge.
Try to print again! Hope this helps!
