Hi, 

The problem is with my ATI Radeon PowerColor HD4830. I collected it for using CrossFireX within the card. However, my PC is showing an error message. Have a look at the error message below. What does it mean?

Is it a compatibility issue?

How can I get a remedy of this issue?

Please help.

Hello Adams,

To resolve that issue, you will need to try the following:

  • First, disable the antivirus program.
  • And then download patcher cf2.exe or you can just copy on another computer unit with working crossfire game client.
  • And then paste it on your crossfire folder.
  • After that you will need to configure your antivirus settings, and then add "patcher_cf2.exe", "crossfire.exe", and "HGWC.exe" in your antivirus exceptions or exclusions.
  • Once you have done that you will need to enable your antivirus program.
  • And then finally launch the Crossfire game client.
