Hi Experts,
The problem is with the mounting a recovery point. Have a look at the error message below.
It failed the operation throwing an unspecified error message.
I tried several ways to get a remedy but no result. Have you any idea for the issue?
Please help.
Thanks in advance.

Hello Adams,
To resolve the issue that you are getting, you will need to first of all create a new DWORD registry value
EnableBufferedIoWorkAround under HKLMSoftwareAppAssureReplayEPS and then you will set the value to 1.
After that you can go ahead and restart the Replay Service.

Hi Adams,
You can try repairing the repository path.
Before moving all the repository files into temporary folder, STOP the Replay Core Service and then START it after the files are moved.
Then configure the desired repository path, Add protection and start a base image but immediately cancel it when the transfer begins.
You should STOP the Replay Core Service again before moving all the repository files back in the correct path eg. “.tevorepository<server_name>” START again the Replay Core Service and lastly, verify if Recovery points are visible.
Hope that helps.
