Problem installing Erwin community edition

Hi fellows

I have recently downloaded the CA Erwin data modeler but I am not able to install it. Every time I try installing it, I am met with an error. The error says: “C:Users~TempERwinISCustomActions.dll cannot be found”.

I have tried installing it on two of my different systems with windows 7 64 bit but unfortunately the same problem occurs.

Please guide me to fix the issue. I'll be really obliged.

There are only three possible things that could cause your problem. First is that the installation file is broken so you will need to do a fresh download of the installation package.
Another possible solution is that you are trying to install the wrong version. As far as i can see, you are using the 64-bit OS, and it's kind of common problem that users are trying to make 32-bit version of the software run on the 64-bit OS which cause the 'not found' error.
One more possible cause of the problem is the bug in the installation file, so make sure to check for fresh updates.
