Problem downloading applications from iTunes

Hi experts.

I use a Windows Vista computer and have an iPod Touch+. I have never faced any problems purchasing anything from iTunes, but now while I updated my iPod to the 2.0 software, it is not allowing me to download any applications and continuously saying: Cannot process the request; Error Code 1009. What does this message mean? Please help. Thanks in advance.

We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-9838).

The issue you are facing is that you are downloading some iTunes files but the files are not ready to download so you should have to do the following:

1. The reason of this problem is that your connection to the iTunes site is not working properly so refresh your connection and delete all the history and cookies and clear your cache it will solve your problem and will download the software and will remove your headache.

2. The other option is that iTunes itself site connection is not fine so find is this is the problem then wait or ask provider to do something.
