Hello, I have a problem with Autodesk 3Ds Max 2011.
I had no problem installing it, but now after the start up and loading I’m getting an error message:
Reset Ribbon?
The main Ribbon configuration file is possibly corrupt. Reset to factory defaults?
Yes No
I’m using Windows 7, but I didn’t have any trouble with Max 2010 before so I’m not sure what could be wrong now.

Problem with Autodesk 3ds Max
You are experiencing a corrupted 3D max program.
It could be that installation process did not go very well that's why you are experiencing this problem. To solve the problem:
Solution 1:
Simply reinstall the program back or remove it first before installing it again. You might also want to download another copy of the program to make sure that you have a working installer. This solution will surely work as long as the installation process is a success.
Solution 2:
Revert back to the previous 3D max version that you are using. But this is only if you are having a hard time with your current version because it is not working so I suggest that you use this for the mean time until you haven't solve the problem yet.
