Hello

When clients are trying to access OWA, I'm getting an irritating error in Exchange 2007. This picture shows the error, and they need to select Continue at all time they access their mailbox.

I followed this article https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa995942.aspx but at the final step I found this error message:

C073511D012122901AE8B1 was found but is not valid for usage with Exchange Server
r (reason: PublicKeyUnsupportedSize).
At line:1 char:27
+ Enable-ExchangeCertificate <<<< -thumbprint B613E8ED585F3FE026C073511D01
901AE8B1 -services "IIS,POP,IMAP"

Need your help. Thanks.

Hi, is your certificate issued to webmail? Like example.com? Then that is NOT the same as webmail on its own. Therefore you will get certificate prompts.

What I can advise is: the only way to deal with this is to have a commercial SAN/UC certificate with the appropriate names in it. The self signed certificates are designed as markers, not for production use.
