Cannot renew database while installing Clam AntiVirus 0.96.5

Hi experts.

I am using Windows 7 OS on my computer. I tried to install Clam AntiVirus 0.96.5, but now I can't renew my database. I am getting the following error message:

Hi

 

The problem is that your database is not renewing and not uploading through the anti-virus installation this is the fact that you have to check and install software which will help you getting rid of this problem. The antivirus you are using is not compatible with your database and he is not willing to upload that database so you should have to try and replace the anti-virus because there is some anti-virus which detect the database as virus due to this factor your anti-virus has not been installing properly. And your database is not working properly. So replace the ant-virus
