A problem about security processor loader. I am using a Windows 7 starter operating system but the security processor loader is not working properly, the CPU capacity is getting slower and slower. Has the security process loader been working properly on the same operating system or you have been having problems with it since installing the OS? In case the problem started occurring lately you can try a system restore and see if that will resolve the issue.

If you installed the operating system properly then I don’t see why this problem is happening to you. If you frequently access the web, check your computer first for any sign of infection. Slow performance on computer is sometimes associated with virus infection. Update your antivirus and then run a full system scan on your entire machine.
If the scan didn’t find any infection on the system then you should try updating your Windows 7 to update the operating system’s security features and functions. If you are using a genuine or a licensed version of Windows 7 Starter Edition I’m sure you will have no problem doing the Windows Update.
