Printing problem with dot matrix printer

I bought a dot matrix printer Wipro Ex 1050+.I print 4 copies of bills daily.First 3 months it worked properly but after 3 months last 2 copies are not being printed properly.I checked every option in my computer related to that printer and i used every button on the printer but i could not solve the problem.Can anyone tell me what should i do ?

Hello Viccar,

With your problem being said, I could only think of one possible cause on your pinter's improper prints. This is sad to say for a 5 mos old printer but maybe your printer has already worn out. You should check the guide plate's on the printer's print head if there is any ink invading on it. The ink on the guide plate creates a grit on it. These grit makes a slots or ovals in the channels of the guide plate which makes the print not accurate due to the damage guide. Another thing to consider is the printer life span, eventually the printer becomes unclear with its prints even with titanium pawls and tungsten blocks.
