Printer does not get power.

I have Samsung 3471nd printer. The printer is working properly. But after shut down my computer the printer does not get power. I have checked the power cable. The power cable is ok. Also I have reinstalled the printer driver. But it does not get power. How can I solve the problem?

Printer does not get power.

You will usually have a powerlight on your printer, do you mean that the light of your printer does not turn on? Try connecting your printer to a different outlet without surge protectors, etc.

Printer does not get power.

Usually, when the printer is on, it should have some light indicating that it is receiving power. If your printer does not have any indicator light, make sure that the printer is connected to a working power outlet by verifying each end of the power cable. Try also a different power cable if you have another one.

If you do all the printer troubleshooting already, you can contact your manufacturer and get your printer's power supply replaced. You can also try servicing the product. Sometimes, there might be a problem with the product hardware or a component may not be functioning correctly.
