Just for testing I did then attempt WinRar to view how that will install, and that did not give some install or uninstall error message.

PS also detailed caught glimpse of the few message (not right wording as it was speedy) 'installer database does not keep the requisite logic to'

Hi,
MSI Installations are very specific when it comes to installation. You HAVE to use MSI uninstalled through Add/Remove programs.

In case that you manually delete PowerArchiver folder or you uninstall PowerArchiver previous version while you have PowerArchiver 2012 installed in the same folder, you will not be able to install PowerArchiver 2007 again, because MSI Installer will not be able to find complete installation.

Easiest way to fix these issues is to download Windows Installer Cleanup Utility, which will give you an option of which installation to clean up.
You simply select PowerArchiver and you everything should be fine. More info and application can be found here:

Hope you will enjoy it.
Thanking you
