let me tell how to get 64 bit(Synaptics) for your Lenovo V200 by using  your device manager right click on device and go for search device driver automatically but before that you must have working internet connection and you get what you want easily.But if you do not get your driver than one more way to get that is go for your latest update of your opporating system and install them this can also help you.
