The simple solutions some Blackberries have is to open up your Media Player go in the Menu and select Explore. Then find your drive and then look up for Music/Video. Find the desired song and go MENU and delete.
If that doesn't work then it is probably locked on your phone model. So the best way to get rid of that is to create your own playlist and don't insert that song in it. Everything else is illegal and we are not able to deal with illegal stuff.
