What is the main goal to develop this software? Can I defragment and optimize the hard disk with this? Can it compromise the security of my PC such as run defrag in the registry, vulnerabilities and find problems? What is the purpose of Turbo Boost? Is it only windows version available? Thank You

Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 8 combines the most efficient anti-virus functionality and a proven thorough PC tune-up capability.  It delivers protection against various security threats, unexpected system slowdown occurring and if your PC freezes and crashes – and it won’t slow down your system.

This program allows you to increase your computer’s performance by allowing you to clean and maintain it.  It has a function called Toolbox that offers a vast amount of utilities arranged by category, which allows you to maintain your PC.  These utilities include cleaning, repairing, system optimization and cleaning of your system.  It also allows you to defragment and optimize your hard drive, change system settings, defragment your registry and find problems and weaknesses which could lead to the compromising of your system.

It works on PC’s that run Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and 8.1 for both 32- and 64-bit.
