Please help me in wiping a compromised device in our server. I am only given the block or delete option when I do this. I have an Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP2 server and the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Mobile Administration Web Tool has been installed.

The new Messaging & Security feature pack for Windows mobile 5.0 devices lets you wipe the devices with you in a management location. The facility to perform the remote wipe isn't part of Exchange 2003 SP2, you have to download it from Microsoft here:
Once it's downloaded, extract the MobileAdmin.exe file, run MobileAdmin.msi and follow the onscreen prompts to install the app. You have to use the tool via its web interface (https://<exchange server>/mobileadmin)
