I cannot update or download apps from Google Play Store. I am getting a 924 error code. Restarting the phone and clearing the cache did not help. Please help me with different methods.
There are different methods to solve the 924 error code –
Method 1
a. Open Settings
b. Open Battery & Performance or something related to it.
e. Click on Battery Optimization.
f. Open the Battery saver option.
g. Turn off the battery saver.
h. Try to update.
Method 2
a. Open Settings.
b. Go to Manage Apps/Apps.
c. Open Google Play Store from the list.
d. Click on Uninstall updates.
e. Restart your device after the process completes.
f. Try to run the update/ download.
Other methods to try –
a. If you have any antivirus app on your phone, uninstall them, and run the update/ download.
b. Remove your Google Account.
c. Add your account again.
d. The last option will be to factory reset your phone, but that will wipe away all the data.
