Please help me to fix the Zoo Tycoon 2, 1628 failed to complete the installation error. I am getting the error when I am trying to install Zoo Tycoon 2 on my Windows 8 PC.

a. Open File Explorer.

c. Go to Program Files.
d. Open Common Files.

a. Press Windows + X.
b. Open Task Manager.
c. Click on idriver.exe -> End task.
d. Similarly, click on the msiexec.exe -> End Task.
e. Restart your device.
f. Try to install the game.
