Playbook ac3 audio playback not playing audio and video in sync.

I have a strange problem on playbook ac 3 audio playback. Whenever I play any video on play book, the audio stops in between while the video continues normally. Try as I might I cannot figure out the problem.

Can anybody help?

Playbook ac3 audio playback not playing audio and video in sync.

Hi,

Try the following steps:

1. Check whether your playbook supports ac3 audio playback or not. If it does not support ac3 audio then you may need to convert the ac3 audio to mp3 or wmv formats. You can do this easily by using mp3 converters that can be downloaded for free on the internet.

2. Check the audio drivers on your play book. If you find any errors on the drivers then reinstall them. You need to download them on the play book itself and then install them. You can also download them on your computer and transfer them to your play book.

3. If the above steps did not work, you could contact the support and explain them about the problem in detail. They will provide you with the instructions on how to solve the problem.
