Is Piriform CCleaner good to have?

Hello experts,

I installed CCleaner but uninstalled it again because after the installation I got some toolbars and it seems that my anti malware software got hundred items when I downloaded YouTube Downloader. And maybe that is the reason why I have some icons on my computer which I did not actually installed. I want to know if its safe to download CCleaner and install it again on my computer?

CCleaner is very easy to use that just clean your PC. The main purpose of CCleaner is to scan your hard-drive and clean all unnecessary files. It also scans the installed applications on your computer and clean all unwanted files left by certain programs, e.g Internet Explorer, Google Chrome , Microsoft Office etc. So it's a very efficient tool that protects your PC.

Is Piriform CCleaner good to have?

CCleaner is an excellent tool for PC optimization I myself is using this tool for quite a some time and it is keeping my PC clean. The problem you are facing is about the toolbar and malware problem which can easily be resolved. It is also a good tool to remove junk files.

Just follow these steps.

1. Download Ccleaner to download.

2. Run setup.

3. During installation just uncheck the yahoo toolbar installation checkbox.

Hi,

First of all I will suggest you install all software with the customized installation method. Do not follow standard methods especially for free software. All these software comes up with bundled packages that are hidden in the installer. Once you allow standard installation, the software installs itself with hidden things. 

Most of the times malware's are there and now the story begins. Secondly, I will never suggest repairing registry until you have some major issue with performance. Once you are done with this software now you can never go back to your original status. Sometimes you are even unable to uninstall this software simply. So install software with customized methods and get rid of any future problem.
