I recently upgraded my phone to the latest Android version. After updating the phone, an issue has started to surface. The problem faced was, the phone kept restarting even after the software update was completed successfully. Although my phone is not a flagship killer, but based on different reviews, I was not the only one affected.

Phone Restarting Issue

Since the majority of the phones were affected, it becomes important to know that the issue was not with a single phone. Furthermore, the issue was related to the software and thus, all the more challenging. The solution to this is however simple and can be carried out at home. You need to know that switching the phone on in the safe mode can be the solution to the majority of the problems. Now how to use the safe mode?

This is simple too and can be entered just by two keys. To restart the phone in safe mode, you need to turn off the phone first. After that, click the “Volume Up” key and the “Power Button” simultaneously. This will take the phone to a menu on the screen. If safe mode is the first option, select it with the help of a power button or simply navigate using the volume keys. This will resolve the problem. If this doesn’t work, you need to connect the phone to a PC and carry out hard reset or flashing.
