The Phase-out app for tinnitus, from apple, will not work. The "begin" will not respond. Who do I contact for tech support?

As I analyzed your problem here, it started when you install Phase-out app for tinnitus, unfortunately it did not succeed, before I will go to my suggestion, please check your device, or kindly recall any malfunction of your device, that might affect the process of installation, if it is so, please clear it first before settling your issue on Phase-out app for tinnitus, if you are now sure the your device now is functioning accordingly.   My suggestion here is, you will call the attention of the software manufacturer support to assist you in your installation, by means of asking support from them, they can pin point the problem, because they have hand full of experience.
