PDF Plug-ins issues in web page printing

Hi!

I have here three doubts with the error message below when I clicked the “Print Form” button.

1.       I guess from the user interface perspective that all PDF browser plug-ins displays a toolbar with the Print button.

2.       The designer should have disabled the Print button by mistake.

3.       Someone who has tried to joke would have displayed such an error message in web page which is not a PDF.

The page at https://publictools.tiaa-cref.org/public/authentication/securelogin says:
Click the print icon in PDF tool bar to print the document.

First of all go to the adobe website and go to the section of the adobe PDF.

You can also visit this link and try resolving the issue using the solutions given there.

Also from the error I think that you have some compatibility issues with the version of the browser and the adobe reader that you have installed. There is also a possibility that the version that is being used on the website is not the one that you are using and therefore you are getting this error.

The only thing that you can see here is to update to the latest adobe version and update the browser too.

Do this from their original website and it will ask you to restart your browser.

After that visit the website again and see if it is still there.
