PC Tool protecting program error

Hello,

I installed PC tool protecting program but the wizard popped up an error immediately I clicked the finish step to launch it. The error is as shown below. See image and assist in solving this issue.

This application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click ok to close application.

You have to shut down PC tool program and you can do this from the notification area. Then you have to uninstall it. Download an old version of the program from this link: Link1 Link2 Link3; and then install the program and make an update to the latest version to have all the opportunities that this application offers.
