Why does my PC crash when on gaming high quality?

Try using the on board video if you are using a video card.

Yes, I'm using a video card. If I use the on board video and then the problem goes away. How can I justify if the video card has the problem?

PC crashed when playing high quality games and then close

Also try using software tester like memtest86, occt, furmark. You can also check for the maximum resolution and frequency of the monitor.
