How to solve installation problem: Error 1935?

I’ve got an error message while running Windows 7 on my Pc.

I have searched in many sites and forums to solve this error, but in vain. Most of them are pertaining to a Microsoft.net framework issue on Windows Vista.

I have also reinstalled the framework the Windows 7 way, including a non destructive re-installation of Windows 7 to repair it, but nothing happens. An error appears:

Error 1935. An error has occurred during the installation of assembly component {97F81AF1-0E47-DC99-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E} HRESULT: 0x800736B5.

I want to get rid of this. Any tips?

Thanks.
