Palm top application error message

 Hi

I receive an "I/O error" message when trying to run a Palm application and after that the application quits.

I use an old eMac and Operating System is X10.2.8.

I've have already tried rebooting, downloading and running the latest Palm application, but it seems like I am out of luck.
Can anyone help me by providing any possible solutions?

Palm top application error message

 

Have you tried to roll back to some previous version of the palm x?

If you have not done that then it is the first step that you need to do as soon as you read this. Download any previous version and install it. Also make sure that the application is not using any kind of thing that is not present inside the emac because sometimes it requires an input or output device and you don't have it.

Also make sure that the program is installed correctly by looking at its requirements and all other things that are necessary to be present inside the system before the installation.
