Outlook synchronization on PC and Laptop

I am wondering if there is some way in which I can link outlook to both my pc and laptop such that I am able to view my mails from both machines. This would be convenient as I can carry my laptop around. I have tried to do this but whenever I try to enter my account details in the account setting I get a message stating that the “account already exists” instead of a Microsoft account that I have one from yahoo.

I have tried asking a number of people how to do this but I haven’t found the solution yet so I am hoping that you might help.

Which mail service are you using? Is it Gmail, hotmail, yahoomail or what? I think there might be a third party software that could make that process successful, but I will just recommend that you use IMAP when you are to retrieving your mails. In case you are using Gmail service, you may need to use iCal with Google Calendar for your calendar.

As for the synchronization between the two computers – the PC and the laptop, you will need to make sure that they both have the same rights, so that the changes will be transferred between them. You can also use the copy method whereby one computer does not have rights, and it will just receive the rights from the other computer.
