You can encrypt the single message by iterating these steps in Outlook 2016:
- Go to Properties from File and press the Security Settings.
- Choose the Encrypt message contents and attachment check box.
- Compose the message and send it.
For all outgoing messages, go to the Trust Center Settings and  Email Security. Choose Encrypt message contents and attachments for outgoing messages check box on the Encrypted email. Use Settings for additional changes.
