Other ways to set-up travel agencies chart of accounts

I am currently making travel agencies chart of accounts. Is QuickBooks 2011 the only way to set up chart of accounts?  I am using it right now to set one up and some currencies are not available on it. How do I include them in the list? Or is there another option in setting up travel agencies chart of accounts? Thanks.

Other ways to set-up travel agencies chart of accounts

 

Hi,

You add more currencies to you Quickbook to have go under  Edit > Preferences > Multiple Currencies > Company Preferences and select Yes.  Once you have choose your local currencies which require probably to select <View More Currencies>, click on How do I use multi-currency feature and watch the demonstration video which let know how to deal with this situation.
