Oracle Installation related to on non-secure connection

Hi,

I want to install Oracle database to my toshiba laptop but i get an oracle installation, it's something about on non-secure connection, i know that i have to granted the SYSOPER or SYSDBA privilege but i have no idea what is this mean or how i have to do that, i will appreciate any help.

I will recommend you to move forward and install Oracle 10g/11g express edition. This version of database is designed for the DBA,developers and for testing purpose.
