We tried to access the system administrator -> set the profile options, but the Java plug-ins did not work because the oracle EBS java form is not opening. How can we resolve this?
STEP 1: Copy the URL that you can not open
STEP 2: Open the Control Panel, search for Java and click on it.
STEP 3: Click on the security in java control panel
STEP 4: Click on “Edit site list …”.
STEP 5: Click Add and paste the URL into the Location text box, and then click OK.
STEP 6: Click Continue at the bottom
STEP 7: In the Java Control Panel, click OK and reload the page.
