Hi,

Friends I am using an app for quite long time in my iPhone without out any problem. However, when I start use the same app in the work environment, it started creating problem. I always receive this error message. How do I fix this error message? Please help me to get rid of this error. Thanks.

Hello,

In order to fix this issue, you have to fix certain URL issue. An URL inside iSub app is broken and needed to be fixed.

Here’s how you’ll fix it.

  1. From the “Home” tab of iSub app, tap “Settings” icon.
  2. Tap “Edit” button from the top-right corner.
  3. Tap your server from the list.
  4. Re-write the URL perfectly. Mention an http:// suffix at the first of the URL and also the prefix with .org, not .com.
  5. Tap “Save”.

Also, update your app. Download latest iSub.
