I have a problem with regards to the pdf file I recently downloaded, the document is in that format. The problem occurs when it comes to online pdf form filling, I could not edit directly to it and when I try to do it using MS Word, I inserted the PDF file into the word doc and it comes out faded? There might be something wrong with the process as how I do? Does anyone have an inkling as to how it is done?

Hello Sherrywcarr,

                 If you want to edit the PDF documents then you need to download the PDF software. You can download Foxit reader for that. After that when you open the web page containing the PDF. Then you need to download it and after that you need to fill it using that software. You can also download the websites as PDF format. All you need is to press "CTRL+P" After that save the file instead of printing.

Hi,

There are two things here that you should know before anything else. First, you cannot fill out the information directly from a downloaded PDF file. Second, copying the information from the downloaded PDF file to Microsoft Word may do it but as you say it is faded.

In order for you to resolve this issue, you will need to have a software that will convert your PDF file to Microsoft Word file first. You can download a specific software for this or if it is too much of a trouble for you to download one, you can always use the online converter. Here are some of these software:

  • Free PDF Convert – this online converter is amazing since it will not just allow you to convert your PDFs to Word file, it lets you do the other way around, too.
