The definition of a RUNTIME ERROR is an error that occurs when the program is running.

Program  is executed according to a sequence of codes. If there is any problem in those codes the program will not be executed properly. When we consider MS Access database it has many connection with the operating system(OS). So these kind of runtime errors can occur when there is a problem in OS. Restoring or Reinstalling OS is a best solution that I can accept.

This error might display due to computer viruses also. Though you can remove viruses from your computer by using antivirus program, the affect that occurs due to the virus remain in your computer. Unfortunately in this case also you have to reinstall your damaged system. There can be software  to remove the affect from the computer, but it is NOT a safety thing to do.

The Runtime Error 20523 is caused by registry errors. The solution to this problem is to download “Registry Cleaner” and save it to your file. After the installation click the finish button and then click the fix button on your Registry Cleaner. This will fix DLL errors and other registry errors.
