Hi
We have a company that has three branches and each branch has a special kind of business. One of the companies is in manufacturing section and the other one is in construction, etc.
We want all to use the one exchange server. How to control members as a result they can observe only their members??
Please give me a suggestion. Thanks a lot.

As per your requirement you can use either a Distribution Groups or Dynamic Distribution Group process under an exchange server 2010 SP1.

1. Using the Distribution Groups, you or the Group owner are able to manage the group members.
2. Distribution Groups are able to use additional features such as: Moderation and Membership approval as well.
3. When talking about Distribution Groups you will realize that they have a direct impact on the Global Address List and it may be a good idea to plan a good naming convention for your Distribution Groups in order to improve the end user experience.
