Dear Pierce

Every object in an Active directory is a single entity representing a user, a group or a computer having certain attributes. An object is basically divided into two category one is resources such as printers and the second is security principles which includes accounts, groups, etc. There can be objects within objects. Now Schema is a term used to define the attributes of a particular object and under each attribute object various schema objects can be defined hence there can be multiple objects. These schema objects are used to extend or modify when required. But it is very important to note that objects can only be created and not deleted from the active directory hence you can only deactivate a particular object and not delete it.
